Good to know
A little more about your gummies.
What's in it, and why
Plant-based fibres76%corn, tapioca, chicory
The main ingredient, and where about 80% of the sweetness comes from. Sugar wasn't needed.
Water
You know this one.
GelatinNot vegetarianbeef
The chew. High-purity beef gelatin, which also adds a little protein. Not vegetarian, so we're saying it here rather than in a review.
Acidity regulatorscitric acid, malic acid
The tang. The same acids you find in lemons and apples.
Natural flavouring
The fruit taste. Natural flavouring only.
Pectin
Gives the gummy a proper bite, so it's firm and not just bouncy.
Glazing agentscoconut oil, carnauba wax
The shine. Also stops the gummies sticking together or drying out.
Concentrated fruit and vegetable juicescarrot, sweet potato, apple, purple carrot
The colour, from carrots and sweet potatoes rather than a test tube.
Sweetener: steviol glycosidesfrom the stevia plant
A tiny touch to round off the sweetness and make it last. The fibres do most of the work.
Colouring: anthocyanins
The red. Natural pigments, the same family that colours berries.
